1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, we collect: name, phone number, email, property location, type of work, preferred start date, your message and any files you attach (for example, photos or floor plans). When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you send us in that contact.
3. What we use the data for
We use your data only to reply to your request: answering questions, arranging the visit, surveying the property and sending you the quote. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
The data is stored with the website hosting and email services we use (providers that process the data only on our behalf). We only share data with third parties when necessary to carry out the work you have commissioned or when required by law.
5. How long we keep the data
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within a maximum of 6 months. If we go ahead with the works, the data is kept for as long as necessary to carry them out and for the periods required by law, namely for invoicing and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent. Just send an email to geral@socripe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or visitor analytics cookies. Only technical cookies necessary for the website to work and stay secure may be used.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
