About Socripe

People who work on site know how to build.

Renovations south of Lisbon with the experience and rigour of people who have managed large-scale construction projects.

Our story

From public works to your home.

Socripe grew out of a career in civil construction and public works, in the roles of general foreman and site manager.

Years of managing teams, deadlines, materials and costs on site taught us the essentials: a project goes well when it is well prepared, well measured and well supervised. That is the method we bring to the renovation of your apartment, kitchen or bathroom.

Today we handle everything — survey and quote, 3D preview, hiring and coordinating the teams, and cost control — and we talk to you directly, from day one to handing over the keys.

“A well-managed project has no surprises.”Our motto
